Homemade Phlegm-Relief Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1 tbsp raw  honey

  •  Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

  • 250 ml (1 cup) hot water
